The Marinera chalet is a semi-detached accommodation with capacity for 4 people, it is located about 60 m. from the promenade, it is completely fenced and offers a lot of privacy. The main entrance has an area suitable for parking two cars. To the left before reaching the covered terrace there is an area with artificial grass, ideal for sunbathing and playing with children, in the shade of two trees; Through the covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs you access the house. Entering the house you will find the dining area directly on the left, on the right the kitchen with a breakfast bar and a small pantry with the washing machine. At the back is the spacious living room, ideal for resting after a day at the beach. Following the small hallway, on the right is the toilet with a large shower, at the back is the small room with 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe, and on the left is the bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. Behind the house there is a small area with terrace furniture and a barbecue.

All windows have bars and mosquito nets. The main door of the house also has a gate.

There is a split air conditioning in the living room, the use of which is optional.
