The semi-detached chalet La Laguna I, with capacity for 4 people, is located about 450 m from the seafront and is completely fenced. Entering to the right is the stone barbecue and an outdoor shower. At the bottom of the large pool with a built-in staircase, this same area and the terrace have a non-slip stoneware floor and the rest has stamped concrete and is in a modern style. Through the covered terrace that has a large terrace table and 6 chairs you access the house.
Entering, to the left, is the new American kitchen (2024) and in the background the laundry room with dishwasher, to the right the dining table and in the background the living room. From the Laundry Room there is a door that gives access to the parking lot. Following the small hallway you will find the bathroom on your left, at the back the room with two single beds with a built-in wardrobe and on your right the double bedroom with two mattresses and a built-in wardrobe.
All windows have bars and mosquito nets.
There is a split air conditioning in the living room, the use of which is optional.
