The terrace house Chalet Migjorn is equipped for 4 people and is located about 450 meters from the beach of Riumar. The property is completely fenced, so that pets can move freely. During the summer months the trees and plants in the front yard and at the pool donate cooling shade. Over the terrace you enter into the house. To your left is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning, which use is optional and not included in the rental price. Behind the american kitchen which Is fitted and fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, crockery, dishwasher, microwave, etc. is the back leads to the washing machine and the pool and barbecue area. From the living room, you leads across corridor the recently renovated shower room, the bedroom with 2 single beds and the double bedroom from which you have views of the rear garden and the pool. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The house has a small roof terrace where you can take a sunbathe. All windows are fitted with fly screens and grilles.
